Winning artwork was announced at the award ceremony and reception on Thursday, August 6 at the
Yocum Institute for Arts Education,
 1100 Belmont Ave., Wyomissing.

“It was a pleasure to jury this group of exceptional submissions for the second annual Fast Lane Art Exhibition in Berks County. The works I selected explored interesting approaches to the medium and compositional innovation within the limitations of the billboard format. The works also reflect the vitality of the arts in the region and I am trilled to know that so many will be able to view—on larger-than-life-scale--these fine works throughout the county.”
2009 Event Juror Scott A. Schweigert

Billboards debuted throughout
Greater Reading on
Monday, August 10, 2009.
