Monthly Blues & Boogie Jam Series at Cheers Bistro, DoubleTree Hotel - Reading, Will Begin On May 14, 7 to 9pm
A new monthly Blues & Boogie Music night called, “Busker Incognito’s Blues & Boogie Jam” at Cheers Bistro, in the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton - Reading, will begin on Thursday, May 14, 2026.
Monthly sessions will occur from 7 to 9pm at Cheers Bistro and will feature the regional band Busker Incognito & the SHOW as the host band, with various VIP Guest Artists showcasing their amazing musical talent at every jam session.
The current VIP Guest Artist lineup includes…
May 14: Dave Lewis, Chuck Steinle, John King, Doug Kauffman & Dave Kline, (This is the core house band, Busker Incognito & the SHOW)
June 18: Lehigh Valley’s Bev Conklin, Joe Mac & Berks County’s Dave Mell sitting in with Busker Incognito & the SHOW
July 16: Philadelphia’s Katie Henry sitting in with Busker Incognito & the SHOW
August 13: New York’s Slam Allen sitting in with Busker Incognito & the SHOW
September 17: TBA sitting in with Busker Incognito & the SHOW
October 15: TBA sitting in with Busker Incognito & the SHOW
November 19: New York’s Slam Allen sitting in with Busker Incognito & the SHOW
December 17: TBA sitting in with Busker Incognito & the SHOW
The jam format will generally feature the house band during the first hour, with the VIP Guest Artist joining in during the second hour.
The vibe will be relaxed, congenial, creative, informal, energetic, with dancing, singing and clapping highly encouraged.
A full food and beverage menu will be offered and any attendees who eat at Cheers Bistro during the jam get free parking in the garage adjoining the hotel. There is no coverage charge and no minimum. This is truly an opportunity to come out to the hub, relax, eat, drink, enjoy the music and the experience. No reservations are required.
